Graduate Technical Trainee Programme (FMCG)
BUA Foods is a leading Food and Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business that is currently looking for young, exceptional, and results-driven graduates to participate in its Graduate Technical Trainee Programme (GTTP).
The GTTP is a 12-month program that will provide participants with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of technical roles within the FMCG industry. Participants will be exposed to a wide range of topics, including:
- Manufacturing processes
- Quality control
- Safety and health
- Supply chain management
- Marketing and sales
In addition to the technical training, participants will also receive mentorship from experienced BUA Foods professionals. The program will culminate in a final project, which will give participants the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and knowledge.
To be eligible for the GTTP, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Have a minimum of a second class lower division in B.Sc/B.Eng or a lower credit in HND in any of the following fields:
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical & Production Engineering
- Food Science & Technology
- Mechatronics & Automation Engineering
- Microbiology
- Industrial Chemistry
- Biotechnology
- Packaging Engineering
- Agricultural Engineering
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or have an exemption letter
- Be below 30 years of age
- Have not more than 2 years of work experience
